Denver Belcaro Paint Store

We purchased this building in 2000 after receiving notice that our lease would not be renewed at our previous location, 830 S. Colorado Blvd, Glendale, CO. Home Depot had purchased that location from our landlord and we were invited to leave. Upon the sale of this property to Home Depot, our landlord was kind enough to provide for us to stay for one additional year while we searched for a new location. We found the Leetsdale location within a month but stayed on Colorado Blvd. for the additional year, in order to give our tenant on Leetsdale Dr., Eastside Kosher Deli, that year to get his new location purchased and renovated. The name "Belcaro" is no longer useful to tell customers of our location (originally used because our first location was near the Belcaro neighborhood).

As soon as our 2nd floor tenant left we expanded our offices, added a lunchroom and some storage rooms on this level. There was space left over so we rented half of the 2nd floor to a wonderful kitchen/bath cabinet company called Colorado Kitchen and Design. We also have room for a very talented man, Dan Pyle, whose business and showroom, Reflections in Stone, (303) 520-5572, shows his great talent with marble and granite installation.

We have two 480 square foot classrooms on this 2nd level, each one capable of accommodating about 30 students in lecture mode. As you see classes we offer at our Denver Store, these are where the classes are held. Since this building is built on a hill, each floor has it's own parking lot. The 2nd floor's parking lot is on the north side of the building, accessable from Hudson Street. If you are attending a class, park in this north lot and enter the east-most door to access the classrooms.

Littleton Belcaro Paint Store

Originally a 11,500 square foot Homestead Furniture Store, the building was later divided into two businesses. It had been occupied by several companies but most famously, Lefty Martin Appliance Store in the west half and Devoe Paint in the east half. We purchased the building in 2005 and agreed with Benjamin Moore Paints to use their Signature Store design. Although the Benjamin Moore name is prominent on the signage, it is truly a Belcaro Paint & Decorating Center store, with the same owners as the one on Leetsdale Drive in Denver.

Littleton Decorative Finisher Gallery

In May 2009, our Littleton store added the first permanent PDPA--Professional Decorative Painter's Association gallery in North America. The sample works of decorative art panels on display in this gallery are produced by the Colorado chapter of PDPA members. These finishes stimulate the imaginations of our customers and suggest some very beautiful options for elegant wall or ceiling finishes in their homes. All are welcome to come in and see these fine works of art. They are more affordable than you might think.
